The Power of "Not Yet"

Session 2e :How can we get students to take ownership of their learning and have a growth mindset about learning math? Rather than failing an exam and moving on, students in our classrooms receive a "Not Yet" and then work to earn a chance to retest on any learning targets on which they did not show proficiency. We'll show examples from CC3 and Integrated I, but the ideas you'll receive can be implemented at any level.
